As far as to when it will be fixed, if it is the LS, there is no ETA. Thats a rule you should always follow here. There will never be any ETA's for anything from the dev team. "It will be done when its done!" saying is common around here.
There is a chance though that it may not be the LS or for that matter anything about the emu. It could boil down to the new hosting that we are on, as thats when the error started to manifest. There may be a limitation that the provider puts on that is causing all the fuss, at which time we are all just SOL until they can either lift it, or we move yet again to a new home.
