Default New Build?

The latest server build posted in the downloads section of this site is from March, build 992. The CVS has been updated many times since then. Is it possible to get a more recent set of binaries posted here?

I know Cavedude has been pretty busy lately, and I'm not sure who normally takes care of these duties. Also, I figure it's fallen behind due to the scramble to keep the site up and running with the hosting issue.

I've had no luck compiling it myself from the CVS, and neither has my partner in the server op'ing biz. His response was "The problem is you have to do remote path finding for each of the header files (.h files). I tried for 2 days to track down where each header file should be coming from. Finally I just gave up and used the most recent compile download from EQemu."

Thanks for any help you can offer, it'd be very nice to have those fixes working on our server.

I don't have anything to do with the official Emu source, I only deal with PEQ's code and such.

I'm not exactly sure what that means but it is incorrect. The newest CVS compiles with no problem under Gentoo, Fedora, Ubuntu, and Windows with VS 2005. Those are at least the platforms I have personally used. No alteration of the code was necessary.

Could you explain how you are compiling the files? What steps you are taking, what compiler you are using, etc?

Where are you guys getting updates in CVS? My CVS hasn't found updates since March for me. Is "/cvsroot/eqemulator" still the correct repository path?

The one I have been using is /cvsroot/EQEmuCVS

The update Friday June 1 was the first I saw since March.

Sorry, That is where I'm storing it locally but the actual repository I'm getting it from is /cvsroot/eqemulator
