surprising. before the move i NEVER got the dialog box failure that has been dubbed the SSSE, in about 9 monthes of tooling around with the emu. now all of sudden i get it and fairly frequently. i havent changed/altered/modded my client install either.

but then, i might just have been "lucky" until now.

No, I do agree with you - it is definitely more common now (or was, anyway). I personally rarely ever got hosed trying to log in - but I have read thread upon thread over the last year of people constantly having these odd issues. Sometimes I'd get it. But 99 out of 100 tries, I was fine. Until the last few weeks.

However, I am happy to report (again) I am all over the login server like teenage girls on Justin Timberlake at an autograph signing, and I have zero crashes or failures to connect. Maybe this was all tied to the server move/DNS issues. Or, not.

Oh man was that funny. Just the other day in the news there was a bunch of girls saying that they were all over Justin like John Adams was on the EqEmu loginserver after a DNS party.

Weird I know!

1) are you using a CLEAN install of Titanium client?

2) are you using MiniLogin or the public Login Server?

3) is your server list empty or do you see your server (and other servers if you're not using MiniLogin)?

provide any additional information that might be relevant, as well.
