Ah, I see what you mean now.

You don't people bothering YOU on AIM for the files, and that's understandable.

"If someone asks you on AOL Instant Messenger or any other messenger for EQ files, IGNORE THEM. Failing to do so may lead to your accounts being banned and chat privileges removed."

That statement makes it sound like you want people to rat out anyone who asks for files over AIM.
