OK just so that everyone knows. I AM STUPID! I didn't wait long enough before attempting to sign in actually took about 5 min before zoneserver kicked in so not really an error just me not patient enough. so if you run into this. this is why. However I already have a different thread which i'm going to post more on cause the items_db for both peq and ax_classic are not working. need to find out why.
