The hollween thing is just something SOE had in there for the titanium clients that were supposed to be used on live the same time the game was realease. I get it also. Now I was crashing without any notices after this due to a typo in my username. I have yet to once see the Eqgame.exe has died error like everyone else seen. Wierd though. I might have seen the survey once upon a time as it does kinda stand out in my mind so I proabably clicked on it and saved myself the hassle that others are expeirencing now.
