Default Updating the database...

Good Day,
I noticed that PEQ has a new db build with ykesha. Has anyone upgraded from their previous version? I am running off of their CVS from about 4 months ago and I'm wondering if i will be fine upgrading to their latest CVS, only running the drop/load_system.sql. Will I also need to run the drop/load_players.sql? I'm just trying to aviod backing up my user data if possible.

Thank you for your help,
Koldar

The only changes to the player tables in the past 4 months have been for Magoth78's bots http://eqemulator.net/forums/showthread.php?t=22667 If you are just using a vanilla version of EQEmu, then there is no need to drop your player tables at all, only the system. And, even if you are using the bots, it would just be easier to apply the changes found in the readme manually.

Nice. Thanks for the information. If that is the only difference, I'm going to kick it with my current version for a whlie longer. I'm not using the bots (assuming we are talking about something that would allow you to play while offline) so I don't want to mess up a good thing.

Thank you for the reply.
