Let's see,
Items= items
npc's= npc_types, spawngroup, spawnentry, spawn2
loot= lootdrop, lootdrop_entries, loottable, loottable_entries
grids= grid, grid_entries

also if you want to clear these:
merchants= merchantlist
factions= faction_list, npc_faction, npc_faction_entries
starting items= starting_items
ground spawns= ground_spawns
