Default rules_values

Is there a list of default values for this table? I'm not sure how else to word this question...I'm building off of the PEQ database, and I know that is the truest database to the live servers, but I haven't played since 2002. I want ExpMultiplier and DeathExpLossLevel to reflect that. Anyone know?

P.S. I searched "rules_values."
