Default Could not connect to login server - MiniLogin

I followed the Installing EQEmu on Debian Linux guide to compile and setup my server and I'm receiving an error when I attempt to start the server. I've tried localhost, 127.0.0.1 and the server IP in the config files to no avail. here is my error, thanks for taking a look.

The debian setup wiki was written for public servers. If you are setting up to use mini login on Linux, I am sure you will need to make a fair amount of changes from what that wiki describes to do.

I have never tried running the mini login on Linux, so unfortunately, I can't give you much advice on what you need to do to get this working. Perhaps someone else has and can help.
