i have the same problem, how do i relocate to another zone?

In the characters_ table just change what zone you are currently in. For example: Change the zone number to 19 for Rivervale. Set the X, Y, and Z to 0.

The crash is due to NULL fields in blocked_spells. It's already been fixed in PEQ, just not public yet. You can either wait it out, or if you know how to edit your database, make sure all values are filled in in the block_spells table.
