Yea, just trying to figure out why it would do that - there's also a table (I'm at work, so I can't tell you the exact name) - it is a Zone table and will bump you if you have a higher level set on it. Also the NPC that sends you there will bump you too.
Also, Derision asked"Are you getting a message or is the Enter Tutorial button just not highlighted ? If you get a message, what does it say (word for word) ?"

when I zone in it says you are too high in level to be in this zone. Then it ports me to nexus.

What database are you using ? PEQ? what version?

Actually I checked the quest Derision suggested and I edited it to be level >100 and it worked.

Probably don't need that line in the script anymore since Derision made the new tutotialb code.
