Setting up a GM account with new EQEmuLoginServer.exe & DB

It was fairly simple to setup a GM account using a single DB and minilogin; however, using the new EQEmuLoginServer.exe and Vale's guide (stickied at the top), I'm not sure, or am unable, to setup up a GM account using the new DB structure.

Thanks in advance for any help =)
