soltemple missing

After downloading and installing rev 859 database, we find everything is working well so far other than soltemple seems to be missing. The .map is there but the zone table was missing the row it should have appeared on ( id 80 ) . Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix? When zoning in it simply says Entering Unknown Zone and starts an endless zoning cycle.
