Default Able to connect

I am able to connect to my server and create a character, however when I choose to enter the world, it goes through the motions of loading, then it just seems to time out and boots back to the login screen. this only happens when I am trying to connect from a computer not located on the same network as the server. Any ideas?

Could be the zone ports aren't forwarded properly.

You might check your server logs to see if there are any errors popping up.

I currently have ports 7000 - 7200 forwarded. which log file should I look at? I am currently @ work and wont be able to look until morning

been getting this as well, looked all over the place but I cant find anything that might resolve it
