0 out 0 exspansions

Hello,

Just bought SoF from gamestop after using titanium for awhile. However, I keep getting a issue on the server select screen where it shows I have 0 out of 0 exspansions. Is there a FAQ to explaining this or is it really not a issue with SoF. I've tried 2 servers as well I can get to create a character, but when trying to login, the client crashes.
