PEQ and P1999 will give you the old classic EQ feel but definitely no accelerated feel especially in project 1999. If you dont have full time 40 hour weeks to devote to Project 1999 dont even try.
I think the best server for you would be the Irreverent Server, it is a completely legit server just like live except it is 3x experience, and every 20 hours you can use a skill that increases exp rate even more for 30 minutes. Another great thing about the irreverent server is it's completely soloable, even nameds/boss mobs. I two box the server and do just fine everywhere. I would definitely give it a try.
