EQAdmin 2.8

Im having a problem using this lil tool. I have latest version of eqemu . 3.6 i think it is. I wanna get in and make some of my own items to play offline. My problem is when I run EQAdmin 2.8 itll go through the lil first part like trying to find all the icons etc then itll say couldnt find all icons that i need to put in the correct folder for everquest. Then after that itll minimize and stop responding. Am I missing something here?? Or does anyone have a guess how to fix this problem? Any suggestions appreciated ..

For the icons problem, when you tell it what directory EVERQUEST is installed, put another slash after it for example:
c:\everquest\
you need another slash like that after the main directoy where everquest is installed.

Make sure the database and everything else is correct in the eqadmin.ini
