Animations Stop, Players disappear, takes forever to lag out..

Is this due to my quad core laptop? I can't figure it out.. and it's so frustrating.. I can't even play in a group without lagging out in 3 seconds.

Some people said it was because I was plugged in wirelessly.. I tried going straight into my modem.. still nothing.. lags out.

Is this due to setting affinity or anything along those lines?

If so.. HOW do I do this? I've read small things about setting affinity manually but I NO IDEA how to even begin to set my stuff up this way.

Please.. anything will help! I would LOVE to level up!
