Eqlsui.xml error

At startup I'm getting an error, and when reading the UIErrorlog I'm tild that the there is an error reading the EQLSUI.xml file. Anyone had that problem?

(on a sidenot I'm trying to run it via WINE on Linux so that may also have something to do with it

)
