guild hall instance empty

so i decided to wipe database and eqemu files and start fresh. downloaded latest database files, server files and quest files. restored my characters and loaded up. went to guild hall and i am guilded, and it let me zone in saying (guild hall 1) 23 hours 59 min remaining. so all that seems good, but there was no bankers or any npcs in there. what can i do to fix so the bankers will be there for the guild hall instance?

forgot to add, you cannot zone back out of install. just a black door.

This is a question better asked on the PEQ forums as the issue isn't really with EQEmu source, it is on the DB side. But, in this case, your problem is because GuildHall is currently being worked on over at PEQ to make it fully functional and isn't quite done yet.

thanks for replying, i just came back from peq and saw that cavedude was the one working on this great stuff being fixed.
