yes sir i have. that has been the main guide i been following. then because of the error for eqmulogin i been searching these forrums through and through and nothing has fixed the 10061 error

Does the error say anything else with it other than just a number? Most likely the issue you are having is due to your config file being incorrect as far as the IPs for the local stuff, or you have a port blocking issue from your router or firewall.

ok I am actually up and running. apparently my EQemuloginserver.exe i downloaded from the .svn trunk was no good for me. robinreg had a verision he had compiled and emailed to me. I dropped it in my server folder replaced with the one i downloaded from. svn trunk and fired my server right up. Thank you to all those who had help me out. I am in process of makeing a video guide start to finish for what worked for me . I hope it will be helpfull to see it be done in a video to help others to get it started. I play on the live servers as well on the nameless and when times get roughmy son loves to play so he will enjoy this lots. if any one has questions i will do my best to anwser the best i can for what i went through to set it up
