OK OK. I found the screen on here that lets me make a login name and all. When I made a character that was supposed to open in the tutorial, I got a message saying that I didn't have that file or it wasn't right or something. (I was so flustered that I didn't write down the exact words.)
Anyway, I will search here to see if there is a solution - - or if there is a nice person who can help, I would appreciate it.
