Sounds like your emulator is missing map files. Check your Emulator\maps directory for .map and .wtr files there are between 600-700 files total. If you don't have them you can get most of them from

Also check your Emulator\plugins directory there should be approx. 17 files in that folder. If you don't have them then copy them from the Emulator\quests\plugins directory. This is assuming you have updated your quests folder. If you don't have an updated quests folder they can be obtained from
