Uninstall EQ Titanium
Reinstall EQ titanium in C:\Everquest
Open up the start menu on your computer and in the box type: C:\Everquest\eqhost.txt
Notepad should open up this file for you to edit
Change it to: Host=eqemulator.net:5998
Save the file and close the window
On the desktop, right click and create a new shortcut.
In the box type: C:\Everquest\eqgame.exe patchme
In the next window it will ask you to name it, then finish it.
You should be good to go (I hope) after that

Greetings..
I have changed the host=eqemulator but i didn't change it by typing in C:\Everquest\eqhost.txt. When i type that into the run box it says no matches found but if i do i search with just this line eqhost.txt in my computer section it brings up that file?
As for reinstalling to C:\Everquest , how does that work and what is the whole line to use.
At the monent it is installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest, is this right?
I have used the demontools mount image method of installing this on my new PC which is running Win 7 64bit. I did have it installed on my old pc which was running Win XP Pro 32bit without any problems following the same set up method.
Could you go and have a look at your Win 7 pc and see where it's installed and what is in the target box please.
Is your PC running Win 7 a 64bit OS?
Thanks.
