Summonitem not working?

I'm trying to use #summonitem .. I use it and nothing happens.. but if I use it with a lore item and do #summonitem once nothing happens and if I do it again it says duplicate lore item.

So the items are being summoned they just aren't showing up? Not sure what I have to do to fix this =\

EDIT:

not sure wtf happened but its working now .. hmm lol
