If you are trying to use weapons that did not exist in Titanium, the most likely issue is that they are using models and/or icons that are not included in the Titanium client. Have you tried older items to see if they show up correctly or not?

To have the most weapon models/icons available, you should use the Underfoot client that is supported by EQEmu.

If it's the old world models, check your resource folder / Globalload.txt ... it could be missing something and require you to rep it out.
