** Update ** After looking into the issue with the Demonic Plate Chest Materials, the issue was that there were two materials in the DB under two separate item ID's. In essence, players might have been getting Materials (1) but the quest was only looking for materials (2). The Quest has now been updated to support both versions of the materials.
