Umm, I accidentally go to that site, everday. No, but really. You probably should not put up links like that, because I know we have some younger EQEmu'ers.

Since he was doing this as a warning, I think he's making a good point. Im sure alot of people might accidently do the same thing, and that could be a bad thing if you're sitting behind a corporate firewall.

As far as links.. Any child on the internet can type any number of common, sexual words in as a dns name and end up at a porn site they can happily browse through.

Personally, if they can get to those sites, it's their parents fault and/or responsibility, not someone that posts a link to it, but I agree that links to those sites really dont have a place on the forums.

In this case however he clearly posted it as a warning, and considering the dns name, a very valid one. But I do agree, I dont like to see links to porn sites cluttering up the forums either.

hehe...I accidently went to that site, good thing my mom wasn't around when i did lol. I didn't even notice i typed that in till i had 7 popups and hot latinos across my screen

haha,

I remember when I was refered to this site a few days ago by a friend over the phone while at work...

He said something like: "hey, check out the emulator on eqemu, I think the address is"

And while he was saying that I, of cause by default, typed www and .eqemu with .com (dont go there!) into my browser and hit enter...

BAM! I saw it started to load some rather joyfull pictures - but being at work I instantly killed the browser window with ALT-F4 and made a quick flush of history, cookies and files...

"Its definately not .com I answered... must be .org or .net"

And he went, "Oh, I think it was .net then"

yah im 17 do i dont find the site offenceive but it would me much better if it was linked to your site expeshly since we have enuff type sites arownd, thow im shere you can change it your self or something i would rether it be changed.
