GAME CHANGES AND BUG FIXES
• The Avoidance stat on all items has been removed for game balance issues.
• Alien Tokens are no longer dropped 100% of the time in Netherbian Lair.
• Pulsing Dragon Hearts are now NO TRADE. (This is to encourage other methods of progression to reach dragon/legend status)
• Kain now only requires 1 Pulsing Dragon Heart to get the Type 8 Augment.
• Some new world dragons have been added to Burning Woods and Dreadlands. World dragons are on a 1 hour spawn time.
World dragons will be added frequently and they will all drop the sought after hearts.
• All Legendary Donator items have had their stats greatly increased. (This has also changed the rules of obtaining these items)
• Legendary Donator items now require a Pulsing Dragon Heart, Replica and 40 million platinum to purchase.
• Legendary Donator items for Tier 8+ donators now only require a Pulsing Dragon Heart, Replica and Tier 8 Token.
• You can no longer instance Permafrost or Nagafen's Lair, however, Lord Nagafen and Lady Vox are on a 30 minute spawn timer now.
• Fallen Explorer's melee weapons now PROC angered spirit instead of it being a clicky.
• All Fallen Explorer's weapons should now correctly increase spell/discipline power.
• All Mythical Donator items have had their stats greatly improved and are great again.
• All Varlyndrian Donator items (Donator Only) have had their stats greatly improved.
• Hold the Line is now called "Guardian: Hold the Line" and no longer heals targets.
• The Dune Raiser's 'Horror of the sands' should no longer cause massive instant aggro on the Dune Raiser.
• Fixed the strings to say "near you" instead of 30 feet on the Brigand, Earthguard, Ghostcaller, Dune Raiser and Timeweaver's charm spell.

BUG FIXES
• The Ghoul Lord should now drop his fallen explorer's items correctly.
• Glacieria once again drops 4 augments instead of 1.
• Garton Viswin (Mistmoore Castle) now spawns in the tomb inside the graveyard.
• Lord Nagafen and Lady Vox should now drop 5 items instead of 1.
• Venril Sathir is spawning correctly now.
• Fallen Explorer's Mobs now drop the correct amount of platinum.
• Legendary Donator: Slaughter's Cloak of the Defender no longer has the broken AC
clicky and has gained 100 AC instead.
• Stats are now capped at 750 until further notice. This should fix the invincibility
bug with Agility right now.
• All Path Charm NPCs now drop the item needed 15% of the time instead of 100% of the time.
