Ok here is a little update, not sure if it will help. I just did a "new" quest. Well new to me, I stopped playing back in 2002. It was one that shows up in the quest task window and tracks your progress. Well when I was done I had to do a turn in and it worked just fine. It seems to me just the "old school" quests are the ones not working. Like the tattered note / beetle eye turn in quests in nerak. I'm guessing they are different and I'm missing something there. Also I added the missing file to my template folder and it didn't help. Thanks all.
