zone windows go away!

Im using the 3.11 eqemu on win 2k adv server when i load world.exe it loads and seems to running so I go and run boot5zones.bat and I get the following:

EQEMu 0.3.11 - Wechselwirkende Spieler
Loading zone names, items & NPCs...
EMuShareMem.dll loaded.
...done

And then all five windows go away. No error or anything, they just close.

Any ideas on this.

everything worked fine till moving up to this newer version of the emu.

copy the new spell_en.txt (or whatever its called) to your eqemu directory
