rate.txt? what? where?

for the issues i'm having as best i can tell i have to modify my "rate.txt" file but i dont have one. where can i get one or find instructions for making one? i dont have a single rate.txt on my machine. even better reply would be if somebody pasted theirs here

Its in your EverQuest dir, you have EverQuest, right? :P

yes i have everquest. the case it came in says "CLASSIC EVERQUEST, PLUS THE RUINS OF KUNARK EXPANSION" and was $9 at walmart. theres a half-elf looking girl and an iksar(sp) on the front cover. clean install has no datarate.txt, patching doesnt supply one either. how hard is it for somebody to just paste one here!?!?

Just as easy as it is for me to go to the account information on you and ban you (Update to the latest patch, it should be included)
