Spawns: Hit points and such...

Ok, after many many hours of fixing, I am finally running my own server. Just one question, how do you set an NPC's stats, and how do you spawn them? the #dbspawn2 command i dont really understand, when i used it nothing happens... and the #spawn command only spawns a female, no matter what number i type...
