Get HeidiSQL, and log in with it - hit up the PEQ Database, spawn_conditions table. Scroll down to veeshan, you'll see two rows. Top is the old zone, bottom one is the revamped one. You can tell which is which by looking at the "Name" column. ID is how many different conditions there are, and the value is what the zone is set to currently.

All you have to do is set the "value" to 1 for the first row, and set the value to 0 for the second. Then reboot/reloadworld. This sets the zone to spawn old world mobs. Setting them both to 1 might make the server barf when zoning in, so make sure that each zone only has one value set as active.

Also, judging from your sleeper post, make sure you back up the database before trying anything that might have a bad impact on the server -

"mysqldump -uYOURUSERNAME -pYOURPASSWORD nameofyourdatabase > peq_backup.sql" from a command prompt. Then move that file to a safe place, and you're free to try whatever you want - if something screws up, just drop the database, create it again, and source in your backup.

Also, Sleeper reset info.
