A suggestion would be to make general AA's.

Ranger aa's suck, except headshot, i like headshot

Changelog:
-Fixed 'invalid proc' message
-Set 2 character per IP limit
-Upped the EXP a bit
-Made all languages < 100 able to be read
-Made all AAs usable by all classes.
