Default Been stressing about this for 3 years now(Blank server screen)

And other login issues, I think this issue should be stickyed since ive seen tons of posts about it. I don't know if it only effects EU players or if its international. Been using EMU for many years and i know that it started to occur around 2010-11. I have done some research on my own regarding ports and antivirus, all i can say is that it is not that, but if you are having the same issue as some of us (Blank server screen) etc for hours. You should try atleast.

It just feels old that it still exists and there is no real expl about whats causing it, I think what i last heard was DDOS attacks. Should be ways to counteract. I'm no expert in that field

Me and some others have tried ALL clients and it still has the same result.

Is the loginserver overcrowded somehow ?

Blessings from sweden!

Default

It has everything to do with dropped packets, the loginserver itself is fine.

If your line is saturated or for any reason in between point A-Z you have a packet drop there will be an issue with seeing the LS list because of the UDP nature of EQ and the LS.
