Ill go with option number 2.

The idea that is behind the server we are gonna run with is not "classic" 100%.
So it doesn't need to be pure classic. But at the same time we dont want it to be the new EQ.
I think with the help of that PEQ editor tool, the overview and editing of the database will be doable and not too time consuming.

Also have a question about the new zones in classic. Like Lavastorm and Nek Forest. Are there classic spawn sets available in PEQ for does zones?
