While updating items...pathing stoped working?

Hey guys, sorry about this but recently I did some updating to items, (making spells non stackable, and removing some spells from game) Mostly working within the Items part of any tables, and i noticed after I did Wolf, Bear, cat pelts, spells stacking, and ore updates, Way Point pathing has stopped working completely...Any reason to why this is?
