REASON: What was happening is Eastern Wastes is mobs were dropping better gear than VP/Crafted
and it's designed to be a solo zone. This was not really intended and the HP levels and difficulty of mobs in this outside
zone were far too high than iceclad. I have also made any stat gear/weapons from Iceclad Ocean and Eastern Wastes
no-trade. Crafting has no reason to exist if players can simply trade around better gear. Crafting exists to get upgraded
to start raiding quicker. This change will get everything balanced out how it should be and bring crafted armors back into
the mix as the best trade friendly loot.
• Melee DPS is fixed. Players now get 3% per point for STR. We also went over every path's skill attack and made
some adjustments. We had to balance the min/max rules in the source and it screwed up melee damage, but it's back
to where it was before if not slightly more powerful.
• The HP/MANA/END on Eastern Waste items has been toned down due to the nerf of the zone.
• The stats on items in Eastern Wastes have been reduced down slightly due to the nerf of the zone.
• Items in Eastern Wastes with stats are now no-trade.
• Items in Iceclad with stats are now no-trade.
• Ulthork Hide Armor and some other Eastern Waste gear is now ALL/ALL so all classes have something to aim for in that zone.
• Ulthork Hide Armor now has more INT/CHA to help casters.
• The HP of normal mobs in Eastern Wastes has been reduced by 65%.
• The Damage of normal mobs in Eastern Wastes has been reduced due to the HP drop.
• Most named mobs in Eastern Wastes have had their damage and HP significantly toned down.
• The HP/MANA/END on crafted gear is now higher.
The new crafting rule post was a complete goof up on my part. That's what I get for being so tired and working
so hard on the server lol. (posting here if you're upset about the trade-skill post.)
I meant 200 min and 225 trivial not the reverse of that. I'm sorry for confusing everybody. I have been busy lately
and was not thinking correctly. My sincere apologies for the goof up! Players who spent all that time raising all of their TS's to 200
can make everything Eriviyn Crafting wise and not fail on expensive combines. (for what's available at the moment.)
