i want to place on a server whats the EQhost file supposed ot be?

.. if you mean your own server:
IP: 127.0.0.1

(which you should know that, suggest reading the readme to make sure you setup the server right)

otherwise for the eqemu serverlist:

www.eqemu.net/eqhost.txt
