Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

Default How to reset password when there's already a pending SMS verification attempt?
A while ago, I started doing a login server password reset and got an SMS with a verification code, but I never finished resetting. Now, when I click "reset password" and then "continue", it gives me an error message: "There is already a pending SMS Verification request for this account, IP, or SMS Number".

I think I still have the SMS code, but I can't find where to input it.

Any help?

Ah, looks like that wasn't the issue at all. It was my roommate triggering the IP restriction -- doing it from my phone's internet worked.
