I am indeed using the RoF2 client from [redacted]. There are a few others there having the same issues as me. I tried talking with [redacted] there, and according to him, he has no issues with it even though he apparently has the same client.

That's very interesting. I, too, am having the same issue. I have an older RoF Steam client on a separate computer, and when comparing the twos' option's, they're identical. It is the strangest thing, and quite annoying. =\
