How do I rid this LOCKED Server?!?

I can get everything to work and all I think but I don't know why my server is locked. Its called The Renegade (Win2k Self-Compiled) Server. Need some help on the matter. See if you can log in and get an active char. Will be running it locked or not locked to me. Also I tried logging onto it while the server slect said itwas locked and i could log in. I created a char and all cept it said zone not available and in world.exe said no zone server to boot up so and so
I have tried everything so if you can give em any info be as specific as possible like if you say to check the logs or sumthin <shrugs> tell me how to check the logs! I am tired just wnat my server up gimme some help please First one to do so gets 1k reg eq pp :lol:

Did you run boot5zones.bat? Because it seems like your missing zone servers.

Yep, your zone servers arent running for some reason or another. Check their logs as well as your world log to see what's going wrong.

I run boot5zones and it still doesn't work hrmmm

Then look in your zone and world log files (or just watch the screen as they boot) to see what's not working properly.. your server is locked either because
a: you specified to lock it or
b: you have no zones loading up.
