Ahh so the NPC can spam HT that causes the "strikes"? Also had to remove all SK NPC from using Shadow Knight spells (9) as they spam life taps (wither in agony) non stop. I set them to use Necromancer set (3) instead.
They nuke you down faster than you can deal with it. So I think its more than HT, but I will look into it.

Maybe something else is going on too?
