wish i understood the procrate values, I saw 2000 on an item and thought that was good. Looked up an item on alla with high proc rate and saw it was 0 in the peq db for that item; changed my item to 0, and it proc'd regular (which is better than not proc'ing)
I changed the disc to a cleric mark, and that works in my UI....so, not sure about the disc yet. I'm trying to copy something from EZ server, where they have a rogue BS disc on an item as a worn effect, and it gets the damage to easily go over 1M, whereas I'm only getting 100k on my server.
