Default additional info might help

I installed (in order)

EQ, Kunark, Velious

This is the last piece of the patch window, 'connection lost' has me a bit confused because by the time it reaches this it has already updated some.

This is what I get trying to run everquest and select "optional patch";

Looking up address of update server.
Connecting to update server.
Receiving file "mssdx7sh.m3_".
Connection lost.
EverQuest file update failed. If the problem persists, contact your network administrator or internet service provider for assistance.
(patch.everquest.com:7000TCP)

* ERROR *: Corrupt or missing file on update server.
If the problem persists, email
<everquest@sonyinteractive.com>

If this is your first time playing EverQuest, refer to "Troubleshooting Your Connection" in "EverQuest_Manual.txt"in your EverQuest folder.
