So I was able to find an old thread and I was able to fix the issue. Of the available ROF2 clients floating around out there, I performed 2 different changes.
One of the files was missing that I pulled over from the Titanium client, which was gequip5.s3d
The second change I performed was pulling over geuip3.s3d which was currently in the client but it was suggested in another thread to overwrite the existing.
I'm not sure which one of the two addressed the issue but it's now working. Hoping this helps someone else.
