You would need to modify the code to allow this. By default they do not. I enabled bot epics on my server doing this, checks a bots inventory to see if they have their epic equipped and then I have modified spells with the correct cast times that they cast if they do have it equipped. You could do this with any item but you'd need to verify if the bot has it equipped or not to be able to use it.
