I am having the same issue. I tried to reset my password and it says " an email was sent with the new password" but no email was sent.

I tried starting a new account with a new email address, I successfully created the account, but then as soon as I typed in my credentials it says my username/password is wrong even though I know it wasn't as I created it 2 minutes prior.

I try to reset the password again, with the new account/email, and I have the same issue where it says I was sent a new password but was never sent a new password.

UPDATE: After several attempts I received an email with a new password. I used the new password to reset my password. It appeared to have been successful but then when I tried to log into The Hero's Journey it once again says my login info is wrong.
